
Jun is fermented sparkling tea
Jun is a rare cousin of Kombucha and is often referred to as the “Champagne of Kombucha” due to its delicate taste. Jun-Kombucha is fermented with raw honey, instead of cane sugar, which gives it a smoother, lighter flavour profile, and it does not have the vinegar taste commonly found in Kombucha.
The SCOBY
Jun-Kombucha is made by fermenting tea and raw honey with a SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast). The SCOBY feed on the sugars in the raw honey allowing probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants, amino acids and healthy bacteria to naturally develop. All of these are essential for good gut health and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

Our Jun is a hand-crafted fermented drink, made with the finest green teas and pure raw honey. It is authentic, undiluted, and unpasteurised. It contains no artificial colours, flavours, and no added sugars or juices. In fact, the only sugars in our Jun is from the honey which our SCOBYs need to thrive.

When you consume Jun you are adding probiotics, beneficial bacteria and enzymes to your intestinal flora. While most kombucha includes probiotics, because Jun is fermented with honey it has prebiotics too. p>
