Our Rose Blush Jun Kombucha is lovingly fermented in small batches using the finest organic Darjeeling green tea, premium botanicals, and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire. We have handcrafted Rose Blush to be packed full of floral notes balanced with a delicate sweetness. The careful layering of botanicals create complex flavours.
Our Juni-Purr Jun Kombucha is lovingly fermented in small batches using the finest Mao Feng green tea, premium botanicals and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire. We carefully selected seven botanicals to compliment the green tea and honey used in our Jun-Kombucha. The taste of the juniper berries are taken to a higher level by the citrus taste of the kaffir lime leaves. We then layer the flavours of coriander seeds, cardamom pods, ginger and fennel seeds to create a taste sensation. Finally, we add Tasmanian pepper berries to give a hint of spice. It’s tough work, but totally worth it for the vibrant flavours and complex taste.

It has been fermented in small batches using the finest organic Japanese Sencha green tea, premium botanicals, whole hop leaves, and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire. We handcrafted Hops Monster to be crisp, clean, citrusy and immaculately balanced. Refreshing and hopped with three types of hops.

IMPORTANT: Nunc is a living drink that has been carefully handcrafted. It must always be stored below 7 degrees (C). Failure to do so may result in re-fermention, which may cause the can to “pop” due to excessive CO2 being created inside the can. As Nunc is a carefully handcrafted living product it should be cared for like any good drink to maintain its quality and flavour. Always store Nunc below 7 degrees (C).
