Our non-alcoholic Juni-Purr is lovingly fermented in small batches using the finest Mao Feng green tea, premium botanicals and raw honey from rural Buckinghamshire.
We carefully selected seven botanicals to compliment the green tea and honey used in our Jun-Kombucha. The taste of the juniper berries are taken to a higher level by the citrus taste of the kaffir lime leaves. We then layer the flavours of coriander seeds, cardamom pods, ginger and fennel seeds to create a taste sensation. Finally, we add Tasmanian pepper berries to give a hint of spice. It’s tough work, but totally worth it for the vibrant flavours and complex taste.
