More Ginger Than Ever in Every Sip π
DID YOU KNOW? π€
Being Dry January, we thought we would share some exciting facts about the best alcohol alternative drink - Ginger Brew.
First. Did you know that our Ginger Brew contains on average 17g of real organic Peruvian Ginger in every can?Β To help put that in perspective, the standard ginger shot from Moju (the most popular ginger shot producer in the UK) only contains 14g of ginger. In other words, drinking a can of Nunc's Ginger Brew will provide you with more ginger than a ginger shot - and Nunc is far more refreshing and tastier than a ginger shot.
Second. When we say our drinks are crafted, we mean it. We try to do everything ourselves, including cold pressing the ginger to create the ginger juice we use in our drinks. Juicing this way is slower and more labour-intensive for us, but Nunc is premium and that requires sacrifices.
Have you ever wondered why people prefer cold pressed juice over your standard juicing approach?
- Minimal heat exposure prevents the breakdown of heat-sensitive nutrients, such as vitamin C and enzymes.
- Antioxidants, minerals, and live enzymes remain largely intact.
- Cold-pressed juice tends to have a fresher, richer taste because it captures more of the fruit or vegetable's natural flavour and aroma.
- The pressing method extracts more liquid from fruits and vegetables compared to traditional juicers. This results in less waste and a higher concentration of nutrients.
