Brewed with Raw Local Honey: Unlike standard, mass-market kombuchas that are fermented with white cane sugar, Nunc is a traditional Jun Kombucha. We ferment our small batches in Buckingham using premium green tea and raw local honey. This traditional process yields a much smoother, drier, and more sophisticated taste.

A Truly Dry Profile: Our brews are specifically crafted to be dry, crisp, and refreshing—never sweet. It is the perfect grown-up alternative to alcohol for those looking to swap their evening drink without sacrificing complexity.
